Finding Procore/Xero/QBO URL via Smoothlink Logs

When access to Procore/Xero/QBO accounts is not available you can obtain URLs for syncing issues via the Smoothlink Logs

  1. Login to Smoothlink
    1. https://app.smoothlink.net or https://dashboard.smoothlink.net
  2. Search for client
  3. Apply Filters to locate Syncing Log entry
  4. Right Click the Open Application buttonthumbnail_image

  8. Highlight the URL from https://...  (Do not include the ' marks)
  9. Copy URLScreenshot 2024-01-05 080540
  10. Paste URL in High Priority Resource Syncing

QBO integration

When syncing Procore > QBO manually delete this "&" from the URL before running High Priory Resource Syncing
