ProScan+ - Filtering Issue

Cookie interference with ProScan+ filtering

Issue - Unable to access or view scans in MyScans

The issue is related to a cookie interfering with the filters. Below are instructions on how to remove the relevant cookie.

  1. Right click in ProScan+
  2. Select Inspect
  3. Select Application menu
  4. Select Cookies folder
  5. Select https://dashboard.prokitplus.com/scans
  6. Delete pg:scans
