Select from Cost Codes and Cost Types budgeted for in Procore
Only Use Budgeted Cost Codes
ProScan+ currently allows users to select any cost code and cost type within a Procore Project. This can lead to non-budgeted costs impacting Procore budget reports and affect Smoothlink syncing with accounting systems.
The "Only Use Budgeted Cost Codes" setting ensures only those codes budgeted for in Procore are displayed in ProScan+.
Using budgeted Procore Cost Codes will:
- Give users greater control and accuracy when selecting Cost Codes.
- Ensure accurate budget reporting in Procore.
- Reduce the risk of syncing issues between Procore and accounting systems.
- Improve ProScan+ speed performance and load times.
NOTE: This feature is enabled by default
