The following are items that should be ready prior to booking in the first implementation call with your Smoothlink Onboarding Representative
- We have started our Procore financials implementation and have our cost code list uploaded into Procore and ready to be used to map to QuickBooks via Smoothink
- We have at least one project entered into Procore and are ready to start syncing financial transactions to QuickBooks within the next 4-6 weeks and are ready to begin the implementation of the Procore & QuickBooks Online Integration
- We have have connected our Procore & QuickBooks Online account to the integration with an administrator Procore account and an administrator QuickBooks Online account
- We currently have the Procore invoicing module or understand that without the invoicing module we will not be able to sync commitment invoices to QuickBooks or prime contract invoices to QuickBooks as they will not be available within Procore
