Retention syncing while using item codes mapping

To use retention syncing in the Procore & MYOB Account Right integration whilst using the Item codes mapping, you will need to make an item code which will map to your desired retention accounts in your Chart of Accounts.

For example, with these Accounts set in the integration, Subcontractor Retention and Client Retention (for subcontractor retentions and head contract retentions):

You would create an item code in MYOB Account Right for each of their names (the integration will map the item code to the account using the identical naming):

Note the item will need its Selling and Buying informationin MYOB Account Right correctly completed to be able to use on applicable transactions.
