View your Smoothlink syncing logs between Procore and Xero
Smoothlink Dashboard
The Smoothlink Dashboard records all syncing activity between Procore and Xero. Monitor and track successful syncing, as well as warnings or failed syncing. You can also re-run syncing transactions and use export functions to report on syncing activity.

Simplified Syncing Logs User Interface *NEW*
The new Simplified Syncing Logs User Interface allows you to quickly see a summarised view of all syncing transactions between Procore and Xero

Access Simplified Syncing Logs UI
1. Check the Toggle Simplified Syncing Logs UI tick box
NOTE: The results will display the past 7 days.
Use the Filters tool to select a date range.
View Syncing Log Details
Simplified Syncing Log User Interface
1. Click the figures displayed under the columns:
- Successful - Syncing was successful between Procore and Xero.
- Warning - Highlights syncing potential syncing issues, e.g. Invoice is Nil value
- Failed - Syncing was not successful.

Hide Syncing Logs
NOTE: In the Simplified Syncing Log User Interface, you can hide syncing logs. This will remove the log from the summary table view.
Standard Syncing Logs Interface
Use the Search and Filters tools to select specific invoice numbers, start and end date ranges and projects.
NOTE: For additional information click the Information Icons under the History column
Search & Filter Syncing Logs
Search Field
Enter keywords/numbers to narrow down your search results, e.g. Invoice Number.
Filters Tool
You can filter the results by:
- Selecting Start and End Dates.
- Selecting specific project(s).
- Selecting Resources Type (Standard Interface only), e.g. Direct Cost.
- Selecting Status (Standard Interface only), e.g. Successful Sync.
Refresh Button
Update the Syncing Logs to display the most current data.
Export Syncing Logs
NOTE: You can export your search results for reporting purposes, e.g. successful syncing logs for the past month.
1. Apply Search Filters as required
2. Click Export
Re-run Syncing Transactions
NOTE: The Re-run Syncing button allows you to resync a selected invoice/bill.
1. Correct any warning/failed errors as required, e.g Company or Cost Code not mapped
2. Click Re-run Syncing button
3. Check the Smoothlink log for the updated syncing transaction
View Procore or Xero Invoices/Bills
NOTE: When syncing is successful a View Button will take you directly to the relevant invoices or bill.
