SmoothAssist - Getting Started

Use SmoothAssist to check the syncing status of your project invoices

Smoothlink – SmoothAssist is designed to enhance Smoothlink Accounting connector capabilities and let you see in real-time the syncing status of any invoice or bill in both Procore and your Accounting system. SmoothAssist allows you to reconcile bank transactions such as Spend Money, Manual Journal, etc.

Requirements:

  • Google Chrome Web Browser
  • Smoothlink – Accounting Connector (Xero, QBO and MYOB)
  • Smoothlink – SmoothAssist Extension

Installing SmoothAssist

1. Go to Smoothlink – SmoothAssist

2. Click Add to Chrome

Login to SmoothAssist

1. Click the Extention Manager icon (top right corner of Chrome browser)

2. Select Smoothlink - SmoothAssist

You can pin it to your menu bar for easy access

3. Enter your Email and Password

Note: Under Advance menu - select the server that you use when logging into your Smoothlink account.

4. Click Login

5. Click Dashboard to access your Smoothlink Account

Next Steps

Once logged in to SmoothAssist you can continue to use Procore and your Accounting connector as per normal. Smoothlink – SmoothAssist will automatically check the synchronisation status of your invoices and bills in both systems.
